You’ve recruited, selected, and hired an evaluator, now what happens?

Onboarding and managing a new staff member is exciting and challenging, and GBEN invites you to join us for a conversation about best practices and suggestions for success. Participants will walk away from this session with ideas about how to organize and structure onboarding and scaffold early assignments, as well as best practices for managing evaluators from early career to more senior level staff. Our panelists are:

  • Rebekka Lee, Lecturer in the Social and Behavioral Sciences Department at the Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health,
  • Danelle Marable, Director of Evaluation and Data at Beth Israel Lahey Health, and
  • Tiana Yom, Director of Research & Evaluation, Assistant Research Professor at Northeastern University

This roundtable is great for anyone interested in the onboarding process and managing evaluators, both from the perspective of a hiring manager as well as a new staff member
