Our very own Elise Garvey will be running a Learning Event on Scrum, an iterative and incremental project management methodology, primarily used in the software development field.  As a project management methodology that focuses on understanding the usability of its end products and an iterative process to create that end product, it lends itself well for creating useful evaluations, particularly in complex and/or dynamic settings and when a team is involved in conducting the evaluation.  This skill-building workshop is intended to give attendees an introductory lesson on using the Scrum framework to manage evaluation projects and then provide an opportunity to practice during the session.
